Raptor

I built a GlenL boat a few years ago and still get their newsletter. They advertise and sell a system of fasteners made by a company called Raptor. These are a plastic product that is supposed to be, cuttable, sandable, paintable and will take stain. Has anyone used this stuff? Do they have to be used in their brand of nailer/stapler or are they universal? Looks like a good idea to me.

Bottom done ready to turn over. I now cut the points off after the decks are on and epoxy rounded balsa blocks on the ends all the recent boats I made are that way.
