Both Stillwell's and Mike's boats look cool....I was thinking of building another D boat for 2013....but not sure. Might be packing everything in this winter and taking a year or two off. Who knows....

Team MSR has 4 boats planned right now. 3 euro 250/350 hydros and 1 20ssh/csh. Check out team msr facebook page for pics of the builds. Ill get pictures up here soon.

Just from rumblings we have heard, it sounds like a LOT of new boats are being built. I know quite a few will be in our region and Florida. Hopefully people will post pics as they progress...

I have a small business....and my new accountant is telling me I am spending way to much money on D stock hydro and racing in general....great. Now what do I do......stay on the beach in 2013 or piss off somebody that is giving me sound business advice. Ugh.

Sell the expensive D rig and race sealed 302. A cost controlled, competitively balanced class. That's what I am doing!

too many excuses.............if you are scared about getting your butt whipped in DSH next year, just say so.......... And please.....once you have boughten your DSH equipment, the upkeep is VERY minimal.......you very well know that...

D stock

I kept track of every penny I spent on racing last year....it's not just he upkeep, it's the travel, new props etc etc etc. I will most likely run...but I have to stop spending money like it's coming out of my kitchen faucet. Same boat for everybody I would assume. I think I have missed one local race in 28 years....not bad considering. If I can't fine the props I need I may run the new 302ssh class...I already have the motor in shop. Just thinking ahead. Dave

Keeping track of every penny spent on boat racing = bad idea. I don't want to know and if I don't know then I don't have a figure to give my wife.
Actually, she wouldn't say a word. It is about the only thing I spend money on other than beer and she bought me the Kegerator..
