Hey guy and gals, sorry I did not make it up this weekend. I had a house full at the last minute. Everyone that would have been up at the lake showed up at my place. The Lake House at Lake Quinault burned to the ground the end of last week, we have been on the lake sense 1949. Steve 22-R QUINAULTRACING

Gotta agree - what a great place for racing - big thanks to Mike and Rocky (sp?) for letting use the place to race from. What a great group WIR is - not sure what was better - the racing or the hanging out and talking at the potluck afterwards.

The weather was great, the scenery beautiful, the camaraderie un-equaled and as I'm sure Aussie Steve can confirm the lake water was refreshing. 50-R

My brother Mike was up at the lake, went down to put the pontoon boat in the water but forgot the keys and had to run back to town. He had just got to town (45 min.) when fire department call me. Does not seem real yet.
