APBA has approved Competition Jet as a National class under the Inboard Endurance Racing Commission. This is huge for everyone involved as it has taken about five years to happen. The class rules will be posted in Propeller magazine and on the APBA website. The voting is going on now for the Comp Jet Tech committee. Basically anyone wanting to run Comp Jet can follow the IE rules with a few added in that are specific to the class. Comp Jets are limited to 515ci engines.
