internet oxymoron "quick & easy." That's what my ISP called their email switch thinger. Quick = two hours. Easy = two phone calls to techies. Techie #1 was a moron. She'd never heard of Netscape or Firefox! Somehow she totally trashed my email service. 
Call techie #2 who had a working brain and now my emai works again - with Netscape, which Techie #1 said was "not compatable with suddenlink email servers." 
Sheesh, I need a drink . . .
