I really enjoy photography, especially the boat races. I make an effort to get a good location to catch the action. I also like to share the photos with family and friends here on Hydroracer.com. I’ve posted 17,000 over the years and I hope everyone has enjoyed them. I print and sell my shots for $10.00 for an 8 x 10, mailing included, which by any standard is pretty cheap. Some people contact me and buy prints now and then. However over the last four years 508 of my photos have been downloaded off the website. At $10 a pop, that’s $5080.00. Not chump-change for you or me. Good lenses, these days, are in the thousands of dollars. So, in the future, my photos will be watermarked or distorted and thus not good for printing, unless you are a master of photo-shop.
