I am glad to see a pie clock for Nationals. Any color pie clock beats a digital for my eyes to see.

Everybody is doing a great job with the pictures. Almost as good as being there

Hmm - Anyone else going crazy waiting for results from the first few heats today? 30 ASH. Anyone have the breakdown for the heats?

We need webcasts for the Nationals!

I wish I was there but you can't be in two places at one time.

              AXSR - 18
              AXSH - 22

              25SSH - 9
              20SSH - 28 w/ 9

Got the boat count from a BRF post by Mike Menter & he also has some picsover there. The open spots were mine. (open spots are a best guess prior to Nat - just included pre-qualified drivers - not sure if all those drives showed up at GL).

12:30 PM EST Tuesday report from the pits:

Still on hold wind blowing very hard straight across the course.

                    Earlier notes:
Luce was very fast in ASH pulling away from the field.

25ssR - quite a few flips - one was Dave Hemp. All okay.

2:37 PM EST update - STILL ON WIND HOLD.

Not looking good for today, most interesting thing going on was Val D'Agostino being dunked at a dunk tank in the pits. One thing about the Nats, people always find fun things to do when the wind blows.

It was hard to hear my brother with the wind howling but he said the water is nasty right now. Unraceable. He did say MHRA did a great job with assigning pit spaces.
