  • Tacho on a Yamato 302

I've tried a few different tacho son my 302 Yamato but they all go haywire above 5000rpm , does the Yamato engine change the pulse in the higher rev range ? What can everyone suggest to use , I don't want data logging just a tacho
    Thanks everyone

I have two Tiny Tachs for sale. One battery operated, one with a solar cell. Both work very well. One has extra long cable for Hydro use. 35.00 for the solar cell powered one, 25.00 for the battery powered one. Have photos if interested. Shipping extra.

I use BR9EIX / 3981 Resistor spark plugs in my 302.. I had the same problem with my mychron 5 and these plugs fixed the problem. Think its caused by vibration.
