  • Antique Race Boat Trailer for Sale in Mass

FOR SALE: Bill Giles race boat trailer, manufactured in 1958. It carries 3 boats and has a motor box with movable rack. It tows very well, I used to pull it behind a 6-cylinder Chryler sedan. I bought it from Bill in 2005, but has most recently been sitting outside under a tarp for several years. It could have used some upgrades when I was using it, and definitely needs work now. Should be towable as-is, but this is definitely a project for someone. Could do a couple of small things to get by or a complete rehab. I hate to see it sitting any longer, and would like it to find a new home. Now priced at $200. The trailer is currently located in Westford, MA. Contact Jake Buttrick at 339-223-0639 or jmbuttrick@gmail.com.

I am willing to sell this trailer for $200. I really would like this to be gone before winter. If I don't find anybody interested, I may eventually be forced to scrap it.

Just a suggestion ..... if you removed the box and racks, you could sell it as a utility trailer... just a thought.

That's what I've done in the past, usually get 3 times the price.

Not a bad suggestion- I might actually keep it if I do that!

I'd love to see it stay in the racing community as it is a piece of history, but I plan on moving sometime next year and don't want to have to deal with it when I've got a zillion other things I need to be doing.
