    OK guys, thanks for all the feedback. What I did was go to Tap Plastics, buy $60.00 4'x4'x3/6" clear Polycarb sheet, trace old windshield as pattern, cut new, and sand edges. I'll post installed photos soon.

    Did some more checking.Home Depot will order 0.060[1/16"] x48"x96" clear Makrolon[polycarbonate],$98.53 per sheet,pick up at store,no shipping charges.I found that 1/8" is too thick,1/16" is what I am going to use for a new windshield.
