We'll have a Boat Show, the Boat Drags, Bands, Beer Garden, Bikini Contest, BBQ, Custom Car and Bike show, lots of activities including Fireworks and camping right by the lake. This event will take place Friday/Saturday, June 29-30, 2012.
We run five lake racer classes a full quarter mile. Each are 10 mph brackets, starting at 60-70mph. Then we run an unlimited at 125mph and over. After the races, we keep the course in for grudge racing.
There is a bracket for nearly everyone, so bring over your flatty, jet, outboard, or hydro and participate. These races are very close and we do double eliminations. There is also a top MPH challenge for the day.
Trophies for all classes including cash purse prizes....which will be determined this spring based on turn-out and sponsorship.
It's $40 to race, and FREE ADMISSION for spectators. These are a great group of racers and fans, who really enjoy the sport.....and of course we would love to keep it GROWING.....so let us know if you have any questions.
We have RV camping, campers and tent camping with power and water hookups. This race takes place at Little Wall Lake in Jewell, Iowa.Comment
