3 Outboard Records Set At Lake Lawrence

Just this last weekend at the Spring Inboard Lake Lawrence Race the three outboard records that I know of were: On the 1-1/4 mile course were, J. Michael Kelly in C Mod Hydro at 70.3+ MPH, Sean Byrne in 300SS Hydro and Kyle Lewis in 25SS Runabout... unfortunately I do not know Sean’s or Kyle’s speeds. Congratulations to all involved.

I do not have any Inboard results.

There were 6 outboard records set. Here they all are:

Kierra Marquard ASH 51.36 MPH 1 2/3 course
Jim Tryon 300ssh (established) 54.316 MPH 1 2/3 course
Jason Williams 750ccmh 83 MPH!!!! on the 1 1/4 course. Over 6 MPH bump from previous record (which was also Jason's)

As mentioned above:
Sean Bryne 300ss established record on the 1 1/4 course was 55.245 MPH
Kyle Lewis 25SSR on 1 2/3 course was 58.750 MPH
JMK 500ccmh 1 1/4 course 70.3 MPH

There were 2 more classes over the records but due to late start and gun jump they did not get their 1 1/4 mile records.
Cayden Cole AXSH Jump Gun was over record for all laps
Ron Magnuson DSH 5 seconds late to start line also over for all laps
All will have another chance to set or up these records in Sept. at the fall Lawrence Lake race!
