      Maybe John's talking about the adapter housing gasket, basically a rectangle Part No. 14539, same as used on the 25XS tower/adapter mating surfaces.

      John, pick out your part and part number from this picture & parts list and let us know.

        Tom,
        Actually contacted Crowley not in stock. I just need the tower to pan to use as a template to make a wood base to ship a 44XS powerhead.

          That should be Part No. 79650 (superseded to 796501) and about $15 shipped. Your local Mercury dealer should have them hanging on nails all over the back bench...

                      I could but don’t have the powerhead yet. Wanted to make it for transport from seller to my house then to pack & ship
