John, the rules say you can step up to receive prizes. Will you allow a c Stock Hydro step up in the D class to be eligible for the drawing?

C Stock isn’t an acceptable step up into the D class. But you know this. Haha. ;P

Step up is a smaller motor willing to participate in a larger class.

                  Editing a comment
Very probable. I've read in the rule book where it states that:

"Step ups where applicable to division rules, are
permitted by the referee. However, no step ups are permitted in the championship races
or record trials. No national points will be awarded to step ups just prizes."

Which I have always had the understanding of that meaning to be a single stepping up of class (in most regards at least) as we have always done (for local events only minus legal step ups of course.) But maybe I've been wrong this whole time:

                  AR to BR
                  BR to CR
                  CR to DR
                  DR to ER/SER
                  ER to SER

                  AH to CSH/BH
                  CSH to BH/CMH/M25H
                  BH to CMH/M25H
                  CMH/M25H to DH
                  DH to EH/SEH
                  EH to SEH

Either way. Learn something new every day. Appreciate you correcting my perception of this.
