Could you add Y80s and Mercs? At least locally?

The Yamato 80 doesn't have a legal Stock outboard runabout class so it could only be run as a special event, local class. The Merc is a bonafide 25SSR and could not be run in a class it is not legal in. However it is legal to combine classes and score them separately. I don't know if a special event or local class could be combined with another legitimate class. All the answers are in the rule book somewhere, first one to find the answer, gets a prize (to be determined later depending on who wins)!!!

Isn't the Y80 legal in 20ssH? If you make Y80 and Merc legal in B, would drivers need to vote on that?
I think speeds should be fairly close, and you should get points if we hope to get more people in B.

Sorry, I meant to say the Yamato 80 doesn't have a legal runabout class. I don't see the Merc fitting into the BSR or BSH. Cubic inches really does define our classes, in head to head competition.
