What is everyone kneeling on?

I currently use knee pads and am considering going back to a pad in the boat. What is everyone using and where did you get it?

After trying a couple different things, I spent the money ($75.99) and got an 80" x 24" piece of neoprene (1.5" thick). Cut it to fit full length inside boat, nice tight fit (no adhesive or tape needed), stays put and is super comfy.

I got the "regular" foam (not the high quality) and went with 1.5" thick since $75 and up orders are free shipping. Was going to get 1", but by time add shipping, it was worth the extra few bucks to just get the 1.5" thick.

I like the knee pads, it lets me "slide" rather than hopping or knee walking back and forth and thus not upsetting the boat.
Why am I the only one with no pads in the boat?
