    Mike,
The only pre-qualifier in the Modified Division of APBA is last years nationl champ. Div and NAC winners are not pre qualified. This is only a stock thing. So you will need 11 boats to fill the finals if the past years champion is present, if not, 12 boats.

Correct. Div winners qualified into Finals is only a stock thing. For Montana Mike's class 850ccmh and/or 750ccmh Rich Palmer and Bill Keegen are your defending champs in the finals. I know Rich is coming out from NY!

Kyle, when's the golf scramble going to be held?

PS-I hope they turn off the tenths digit for nationals on their clock.

        Kyle-

How many pre-entries so far? Are we looking at a big turnout?

I hope we get a lot of support from our own region!

Sanction is approved! Also I want to get a general idea of golfers for Saturday Aug. 2nd at Moses Lake golf course. Looking to put together 4-5 tee times and do a small scramble. Right now I have Myself, Andrew Tate, Mike Bartlett who have given me interest. If I can get a few more I'll book the tee times. Thanks!

Pre=Entries so far are around 130. And I've seen the list and know plenty of folks who are coming that have not pre-registered . Please do so as it makes Jan Shaw, our scorer, very happy. And we all know we like to keep her happy....haha. Everyone camping in motorhomes or tents have pretty much paid. I thank everyone for doing that before the race! Only 3 weeks to go!

Please DO show the tenth's on the clock
Maybe we should take a vote via HR!

Would someone explain the advantage of showing tenth's on the clock. It seems to be such a fleeting moment, a blink of the eye, that it would not be of practical use. I'm not being a smart a##. I just am interested in why.

I like it because you can see literally 0.1 before start. When 1 goes to 0 with no tenths, there is still time there and not seeing it in big red numbers can be the difference between nailed it, and jumped. But at this point I'm not sure what we're doing for it.

Thanks for the help. I keep being reminded how much age has affected the speed my brain processes information. Dang!

I think everyone knows where I stand with the tens of seconds.. The first time I saw it I had no idea what I was looking at and by then it was to late.. I see no reason for more confusion.. Once the 2 minutes go by it is so much easier to concentrate on two digits.. I personally think it gives an advantage to the few that use the system
