          Sorry

Live was a bit of a stretch - I am at home wishing I was there, as well. However, I will be reaching out via cell hoping to get updates.

Hopefully someone with a crackberry will jump on during the race and give live updates like Ed did a couple years ago.

Brian, Any happenings during testing today? Any exceptionally fast boats seen? What are your sources telling you?

                  Wed testing complete

We have a great turnout so far. As of last night (still many teams on the road) we have 117 entries. 41 drivers signed up to test on the first half-day of testing. We had bright sunny weather with a little wind. No blow-overs and everyone that wanted to test got a chance. The course was completely set yesterday evening, .87 miles with very large wide turns.
Weather today will be hot and humid with winds SW at 10 knots. Will try to update later in the day. Mike Marshall, Race Director

                    Update #2

They are testing today again - water is good.
So far, no one has showed all they have - just getting a feel for the track and maybe trying a couple props etc.

Approx 143 entries so far with a few more trailer just pulling in.

                    Racing tomorrow!

Very sorry I cannot be there this year. I promise, it won't happen again! Eddie.

Partly cloudy, no rain & no wind.
                          Done with the 1st set
                          Results - pending Inspection

                          48 S - Shaun Brill

                          48 N - Max Acierno

(Note) Will Augustine finished 6th & Speedy Augustine finished 9th - both 3rd race ever. Also, Speedy Augustine wrecked on her bike last night and has road rash from head to toe but still raced. This is much like her father, Ian did at Lockhaven several years ago but he did not race that weekend. I found this interesting.

Note - Val D had smoke but jumped the gun in heat 1.
